Return, Refund & Replace

You have 24 hours from the delivery date to request a return. Approval for returns is based on a quality check conducted by our team after the shipment has been returned. The refund process will begin after we have picked up the product(s) from your location.

For credit/debit card or net banking payments, the refund will be credited to the original account within 24-48 business hours of the pickup. It may take 3-7 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Returns are accepted for products that were damaged in transit, have physical defects, or were shipped incorrectly. To initiate a return, send an email with photos of the damage or incorrect product within 48 hours of receipt, and email hello@oilori.com.

Products that have been used, have a broken seal, or have a tampered serial number cannot be returned. Oilori will inspect the product upon receipt to determine if the return is eligible. If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued, and if not, the product will be sent back to you.

For online payments, the refund will be credited to the original payment source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 business days of receiving your request.
