Orders, Shipping & Cancellation Policy


After placing your order, we will quickly send you an email to confirm its receipt. Another email will follow to announce that your order has been dispatched, marking the acceptance of the order. You can track the status of your package starting 24 hours after dispatch, though it may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. You acknowledge that your ordered products undergo thorough inspection after our system processes your order, ensuring their quality and condition. After a final round of quality check, the products are packaged and given to our trustworthy delivery partners.


Most orders are shipped within two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays and delivered within 2-7 working days. Our delivery partners will deliver the package to you in a timely manner. They may reach out to you if they encounter any difficulty finding your location or if there are unexpected delays. The expected delivery date will be communicated to you after the product has been shipped. However, delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control such as logistics, national holidays, political disturbances, natural calamities, and others. During Sale events, dispatch times may be longer due to high order volumes. It is understood that an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments due to various warehouse locations.

Shipping charges are added to the price of product.

For now Oilori Health and Wellbeing does not ship outside India.


Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. To do so, please email our customer support team at hello@oilori.com. The cancellation will be processed and a refund issued within 7 business days after your cancellation request has been received. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
