The Road to Wellness
Hello from Oilori’s founder desk! It's 2026 and the world has never turned faster. From students worried about their futures to job insecurity, climate crises and relationships, we’re caught up in a frenzy of information consumption and sped up timelines. We rarely pause to think of the meaning behind anything. We’ve even learned to change feelings at a rapid pace too. Can you work out for 20 minutes? Pause when you can, ask for help when you need it and where possible, take on only as much as is reasonable.
Get some sun! There are so many studies on the benefits of getting sunshine in the first hour of the morning. Listen to Andrew Huberman on light exposure, boosting healthy cortisol levels and helping you get better sleep at night. In fact studies say both early morning sun and golden hour are great times to catch the rays. Once you feel the benefits you’ll be hooked!
Get moving! Whether it's for a walk, a run or just a saunter down your lane, move your body! In fact this study shows just ten minutes of walking can help alter your
